"If you arrive at the station Sants or plan to leave from the same, and only need to stay one night, then the location is perfect.
If you want to see some of the more interesting areas such as Poble Nou, Gràcia or Eixample then choose another hotel. The area around Sants is a bit sketchy."

"The hotel is very close to the subway which takes you into the centre but has superb on site facilities with a Thai spa and excellent gym( 24/7). Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing to fault this hotel on at all.
My only advice would be to avoid when Barcelona are at home- the nou camp is 15 mins walk away!!

"Stayed there with my son to watch Barcelona play Athletico Madrid. Nou camp literally 5 mins walk down the road. Plenty of shops- cafes - and macdonalds or KFC if you prefer. We stayed 2 nights just to watch football but if you want to visit Barcelona Centre your metro away which takes 9 mins and cost 3 euro. Back to hotel deffo stay there again with lovely staff."

"An Absolute Gem in Barcelona!
We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every single member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and remarkably kind.
We were thrilled to receive an early check-in after our journey, which was a huge relief. The team also went above and beyond to seamlessly coordinate our taxi rides whenever we needed to head out.
