The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. "We had a amazing stay here. Evening shows were great, cabin that we had was like new with great layout and powerfull AC. We used this place as an base to explore tuscany after we already spent 4 days in Firenze. Car is a must."
