"The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 minutes from La Scala and 10 minutes from Brera. And, the hotel is gorgeous and historic. But what made the hotel really stand out was the staff: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the hotel—from the concierge to the front desk personnel to the bellmen—went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I can’t recommend the hotel enough."

"What an interesting and well positioned hotel. Inside you have a combination of baroque and modern parts of the hotel. Outside you can be at the duomo, mall, and fashion district within 15 minutes."

"The location just behind the Duomo was completely ideal. The room was very comfortable and they made the room up twice a day with chocolates at night. I really enjoyed the bar area for a glass of prosecco in the evening and cappuccino in the morning. The people are a little bristly but that’s Milan in general. "
