"I loved this hotel, great location about 7 mins walk from the station, 20 mins walk to the Colosseum and 30 mins walk to the Trevi fountain. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception at check in and throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend."

"I booked this hotel last minute as I had to travel alone from London to Rome as mum was on holiday there alone & had fainted & broken her ankle. As a women & a lone traveller, this hotel made me feel safe & they were so accommodating with me having to extend my room stay a day at time. The room was cleaned everyday & I really appreciated the air con each night as it was so hot outside. Thank you again for having me & making it so easy to extend my booking each day. "Smooth, helpful, friendly check-in with Alessia. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. (Sofa bed was what you'd expect.) Great location with Manzoni Metro station literally right outside the front door. Make note that there is a staircase that you climb to get to the elevator if you have luggage. (I do think the elevator was out of order when we left, which I'm sure could cause an issue for others.) Room was fairly clean except for a large coffee stain on the mini-fridge."

"Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location and very close to the terminal but in a bit of a sketchy area but not too bad. Biggest advantage was it being 2 min away from the terminal for getting back to the airport and walking 15 min to Monti and 20-25 min to the city centre "

"Gorgeous, quiet hotel with the friendliest staff, modern amenities in the room and everything is very clean. Breakfast simple but great quality and filled us up until our evening meal. 15 min walk to the Colosseum and 15 mins walk to Terminal 1 which is also where the Big Bus tour has a stop. Found nicer, more authentic restaurants in this area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Modern hotel, nice room. A bit outside of the standard tourist locale, but honestly quite close the Termini station. Great staff, good value. It was perfect for me for one night at the end of my trip when I wanted to be close the train station."

"Arrived expecting a hotel with a lobby etc but it’s a building with many converted apartments. Our studio apartment was nice with a new kitchen and bathroom, nice balcony, windows on 2 sides. Don’t let the exterior fool you, once you find your way in, the unit is quite nice!"

A 10–15 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20–25 minutes to the centre. Easy to arrange a taxi or metro if walking isn’t ideal for you. 3. The room is clean and modern. "Very nice place to stay while visiting Rome. The location is right across the street from the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and in walking distance to all the major sites. The morning breakfast was very good and the roof top restaurant and bar were amazing. Keep in mind you need to reserve a spot for the restaurant or bar since it is very popular. We will be back for sure. "

"The room is surprisingly clean and spacious. Shower is great, bathroom complete with soap, toothbrush, etc. Can easily reach out to the staff, they are considerate as well. Good location, near train station, near Basilica, restaurants. There is also free breakfast! "

"The breakfast was great and Deborah was always friendly and welcoming. Francesco at the front desk helped arrange our pick up from the Rome airport. He was very helpful when my husband forgot his shirts in the room after we checked out and kept them at the desk for us to pick up upon our return flight home from Rome. Great walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi fountain and the train station. We look forward to staying there again. Grazie Mille!"
