"Charming room, great location (literally a block and a half from Harajuku) and above the AG.3 dessert sandwich place. Plenty of space in the room. Washing machine in room a huge plus. Quiet at night. Lovely neighborhood, lots of friendly locals in the area They let us check in early just after 1000, and had sent a staff member out just for this. So gracious to do this for us!"

"We stayed two nights as a family of four. The location in Shinjuku is excellent, with Kabukicho, Hanazono Shrine and lots of restaurants a short walk away. Check-in without staff was simple, and when the smart lock played up we used the physical key without any trouble. It was a comfortable and convenient base for our first nights in Tokyo."

"Great option esp with kids"

"Excellent hotel with easy access to metro and restaurants"

"The rooftop onsen is a gem. There are two pools - one which is open air and overlooks the city, and the other which is inside. The views are incredible! The room was small, but cozy and clean, with a beautiful view of the city, tatami mats and a comfortable bed. The hotel is an wasy walk to the train station and to the livelier part of Shinjuku, making it a perfect place to rest."
