The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more."

"Great stay at the Glass Light Hotel. This was our first stay at the Glass Light Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. Great location, easy walk to plenty of museums, dining + drinks, etc. Staff was excellent, rooms are big and well pointed with large walk-in showers. Highly recommend!!!!"

"The stay was good. Me and wife wanted to get away. This was what we needed. At checking in was a little problem but the manager was very helpful. My room was $145.50 for 2 nights. But for all the mistakes. They charge us only $98.00 So I'm waiting on $47.50. That's the difference. Thanks for everything. "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, could have had more amenities (blow-dryer, iron). Not sure if a lot of working people stay there but several times horns were blowing as early as before 7 am and other room doors opening and closing waking us up. "
