"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "

"We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
