"Overall a nice stay. Outside a little off-putting but inside really nice. Notices re heating etc very useful. Most generally good but blinds don’t work very well and that toilet really does need mending very soon - as a female I was hit in the back by the toilet lid several times! Nice and close for exploring the docks. "

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a last-minute booking made at around 8:30pm on the day of arrival for a two-night stay. Just 90 minutes after booking, we arrived at the hotel. There is no reception and the hotel operates a self-check-in system, but everything was incredibly smooth and straightforward.
