"The whole process of checking in was smooth, I arrived earlier than the stated check-in time. The front desk got me checked in asap. Staffs are also friendly. "Hot tub wasn't hot and no towels in the pool area. Desperately needed the heat after a golf tournament, so big disappointment there. Peewee soccer team staying there also, so not the time away from the little kids that I was hoping for."
