"Stayed in a twin room which came with a sink and shared bathroom facilities. Lovely location. The staff were very friendly and there was lots of information on local walking routes. Well stocked shop and a nice simple breakfast which we hadn't expected."

"Excellent room with on- suite, great food and bar"

"I only stayed for one night - the room was very comfortable, had an en-suite bathroom and kettle with tea/coffee etc. Continental breakfast was brought to my room on a tray and the host was very helpful with directions for a shortcut to walk down into Ullapool. The house is on a quiet street just off the main road. Would recommend."

"Very nice high spec hotel. Rooms have everything you could need. Hotel has a drying room which is handy on a wet day. Great view of the bay. Staff very nice and helpful. Negatives: very limited food menu, nothing for vegans. Seems very overpriced compared to similar hotels in the highlands. "

"Beautiful place with lovely clean rooms, friendly Staff and an excellent restaurant."

"The guesthouse and the host, Brian, were great. Due to a booking error, I was able to book the accommodation even though they were closed. Brian still gave us a warm welcome and upgraded our room free of charge. He gave us tips for a good restaurant and even made a reservation for us! The breakfast was delicious and lovingly prepared. We would definitely recommend this hostel; it was simply fantastic!"

The room was in great condition, super comfy bed, and lovely shower/bathroom. Only a 5 minute wonder into town, yet far enough away that its peaceful and quiet. We had our windows open all night and didn't hear a peep from anything or anyone. Will defo be staying here again when I am back in the...
