"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as...

We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
