"I have been here many times and have been delighted with this hotel. From the way that one is welcomed at reception, from the fact that the e-car was charged overnight without prompting, from the spacious, clean room to the lovely breakfast in the l'Orangerie restaurant, and I can say is the staff is well done!!"

"One of Canada's best hotels. Beautiful rooms, great staff; professional and extremely helpful. Best lounge/bar in Vancouver as far as I am concerned. You simply can't go wrong should you choose to stay here."

"Lovely boutique hotel situated right next to beaches and Stanley park. Staff are super friendly. Would recommend for couples and solo travellers"

"5-Star Service Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. Lobby has complimentary coffee and tea, and the attached restaurant was excellent (although too dimly lit!).Location is excellent-just a 5-minute walk to the seawall, then additional...

"We LOVED the location near the cruise ship port. We spend an afternoon watching sea planes take off and land and walking along the water. And we had a Fabulous (and pricey) dinner at the restaurant Hydra - as in the Greek island."

"The room was spotless, and the views were absolutely amazing. Parking was easy, and the area had plenty of food options, nightlife, and things to do with walking distances. Check‑in and check‑out were both quick and simple. Overall, a perfect stay."

"Great location and close to BC Place. Clean property and very nice amenities"

"Great location in downtown Vancouver! Close to a lot of restaurants and waterfront. The pool and sauna are nice and relaxing. They also have free parking and charge for EVs which was an expected bonus! I wish they had a lounge or rooftop area."

"Very handy location, close to the water front. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub patio were a hit with my child"

"Had a wonderful stay! We had early check in which was a bonus we were not expecting, but were very grateful for . We Arrived expecting to leave our suitcase, and were lucky to check in at 10 am! Everything was too notch - excellent service , clean and a very handy location for the Noah Khan concert . Yale town was a Fun part of Vancouver! Highly recommended"

"We had a wonderful experience at St. Regis! The staff was very courteous and helpful in every regard. The hotel has a charm all it’s own. Our accommodations were excellent and the complimentary breakfast was fit for a king!!"

"The room was very clean the staff was extremely friendly the entire trip and the location is a dream for BC Place events! Easy walking to many tourist areas with lots to see and do! 10/10 recommend staying here!"

"Had a lovely staycation at the Bayshore. Really enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool, the sauna (one of them was out of service for one day but there were 2 others so not a big deal), and the gym facilities. It’s a great location to walk/ride the seawall and lots of food options nearby if you don’t want to eat at the property"

"Great location, walkable to so many things. The restaurant has a lovely dockside patio to enjoy a drink when the weather is nice. Surprisingly quiet considering there was a live jazz festival on the island the night we stayed - we didn't hear anything!"
