When we stepped out on the balcony and witnessed how close we were to the Basilica we were concerned that the clock chiming would keep us awake through the night but that was not an issue at all. The hotel location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants to choose from."

"This was a great spot to stay for our time in San Sebastián. Very walkable to many bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. Old Town was a quick 15 minute walk away. There are also hiking trails within 5 minutes of the apartment where you can get easy, beautiful views of the city and the ocean. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. "

"Great hotel for a reasonable price. Great service and location by the beach. Had a biking vacation, and good space for the bike in the garage. Nice cafe/restaurant by the entrance. A couple of km to walk from the bus station and old town, but a more silent and relaxed district. "

"A great hotel and so welcoming for us and our two dogs. AGoing to book on our return leg to the UK. It’s in a good location a 20 minute walk into the centre of town through some nice areas with tapas bars and people milling about. Definitely recommend."

"Great location right on Playa Zurriola. not central but a very pleasant seaside walk gets to the old town in about 10~15 minutes. My room was great, but had some missing baseboards and some pieces of the flooring had separated and collected some junk in the cracks. Hardly a fatal flaw."

"The property is very centrally located in old town and though you can’t drive right up to it a cab can drop you off less than 3 blocks away. The room was clean and quaint. I stayed a week and without a view it started to feel a bit small. No reception so you need to be around for the maids to provide you with new towels. Shared washroom facilities were okay, never had to wait too long. For the price, I was a little underwhelmed, but overall this is a great place to stay if you’re traveling alone...

"Well located property for the beach and town and was quiet. Rooms were clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and the en-suite shower immaculate. There was a fully equipped gym on site with sauna. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Having breakfast from the bar with the view of the beach is quite the experience. Outdoor area of the bar provides better view of the beach and people watching. The hotel is a short distance from the The Old Town area and the San Martin Market."
