"5 star experience from start to finish. The staff were all friendly, and eager to help when required. The hotel itself has been decorated to a very high standard and maintained beautifully throughout. Valet parking was a real treat, with hotel reception guiding us to our room and our bags brought up from the car by the valet. Room was spotless, decent sized and the balcony overlooking the park was also large and well equipped with comfy chairs!"

"Excelent location, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. "

"Very nice room in a perfect location. Great breakfast. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The bed was a little firmer than I would prefer, but I would definitely stay again if I return to Colmar."

"Great location by old town few minutes away driving"

"Lovely, funky-modern hotel with great front desk. Super location - close to everything in the medieval city but quiet (unless someone elected to play piano in the lobby). Great outside terrace."

"Spacious room with the comfiest robe and slippers and bed. The front staff were so friendly and helpful. Great, central location, easy to get everywhere in Colmar yet the hotel is in a quiet block. Would love to return for another visiit."

"Great location,comfortable parking,very friendly staff"

"Really cool loft apartment. It was across the street from the edge of old town so easy to walk into town but no husstle/busstle/noise out front. There were some issues people were having getting their key out of the lock boxes and the stairs were quite a lot with luggage. The spa area was also really cool."

"The room was incredibly compact, did the job to see the Christmas markets and in a great central location. "

"Overnight stay this time very central lovely town "

"This was a beautiful place to stay with breathtaking visas everywhere you look once out of your room and into the village. The room was cle, well maintained and comfortable with an ability to make tea/coffee which I find rare in France so far. I booked a bike through a 3rd party Dopamine rentals and I was helped to ensure my booking was in place and that a bike would be delivered. Staff were warm and friendly.
