The service was fantastic—Bungo preemptively welcomed us to Kanazawa be way of detailed, helpful email. Upon checkin, he gave us a thorough tour and guidance around the facilities and even called a local restaurant to help us with reservations. It is on a main road, so there's quite a bit of car noise in the bedroom on the first floor, but the second floor bedroom was very quiet. We took a kintsugi art class with Hana, found on Viator, that was outstanding!"
