"The hotel was clean, upscale, and convenient. We went to Sapporo for the Snow Festival and the Sapporo View Hotel is directly across the street from the Odori Park site. It was a quick walk to the Ice Festival in Susukino and an easy Uber or taxi ride anywhere we went. There are many good dining options surrounding the hotel. "

Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works.
