"Excellent location inside the covered pedestrian only shopping district with easy access to three convenience stores, shopping and unlimited restaurants nearby. Don Quixote, Pole town, Parco, Mitsukoshi, Daiichi Grocery are all close walking distance. Onsen and buffet breakfast are excellent. The circle tram for Mt Moiwa is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and drops you off at the base of the mountain right across the free shuttle bus stop. I would stay here again. Book early as it sells often...

"Nice stay, the hotel is a bit old and perhaps need some renovation in the future, location is good very close to good restaurants and shops. The best thing I can recommend this hotel is their happy hour free drinks and snacks :) "

"Hotel itself alittle old but rooms are spacious and next to shopping street. Walking distance to Susukino and Odori park. Breakfast was sumptuous, alot of sashimi. Staff are friendly too. The bus to airport is just across the hotel. Overall we're glad we chose ABest Hotel over a newer one in Susukino due to overall comparison. "
