"Our stay was exceptional. From the moment you arrive at the property, the guest services are ready to assist you. Even when you're half delirious from 12-hour flight. A lot of the staff speaks English and they're very interested in assisting you. Our room was beautiful and nightly turndown service was a nice touch. We ordered room service one night while we were in town due to a rainstorm that kept us indoors and that was a really unexpected nice experience as well. They bring a whole table set...

"Excellent location: only a couple min. walk to the train or bus, and right in front of a Kobeni. Very clean serviceable room. Comfortably bed. It was weird having a shower right in front of the bed. But that’s just a very minor crit. Kitchen area was nice, but didnt use too often. Staff was very accommodating. When we arrived late, they were a quick phone call away from helping us get into our room. It’s more like an AirBnB than a hotel, but a fantastic stay in a great area. "

"I had reached out to the property multiple of times prior to my stay as the check-in information displayed on the Expedia website had little to no information, I reached out to the agents to see if they could assist me with my stay however they were unable to connect with them and this caused me to book a separate hotel. @3am they finally reached out with instructions at this point I had wasted my time and money with this property and the whole experience was horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS...
