"This building seems very new with really bright calming decor. The staff were helpful, professional and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. A kettle is provided and therr is a microwave onhe same floor. They do have a breakfast option which I never tried, but if you need it-it's there. I was on the 6th floor so my window overlooked the tops of buildings. It has a common area with two washing machines and 2 dryers, instant coffee and filtered coffee machine. "Everything was nice and comfortable. If you’re traveling on a budget then this is the place to go. Just a heads up, this isn’t a hotel but more like a motel AND it’s for couple and one nights. I went with my son and mother and yeahhhhh… wouldn’t book here if you’re coming with a child. Also, it does smell like cigarettes in the hallway."

"I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's generally good. They have now installed a self check-in kiosk. A voice over a speaker helped me check-in. I personally don't prefer this method. It's very convenient and I probably would stay there again if ever in Suwon. "
