"Pros: Great beach; restaurant in the hotel; near the beach; great ocean view; free parking; free towels for guests to use at the beach (ask at the reception). Cons: Lots of stairs to get e to the beach; and only one restaurant option to dine in (the hotel one). But you can drive only 5 minutes to get to another town with lots of good restaurants and shopping options. Would definitely stay again here as the beach felt more private and less touristic than in other towns of the island. The...

"This hotel is somewhat overpriced. It is an older hotel which is evident from the building and the room we slept in that it requires some renovating. Otherwise it was a fine pool and location. The breakfast was clearly a money maker. The products were cheap highly processed produce from cartons such as the juice, eggs and even some of the fruit. The island literally has fresh melons growing in the countryside, but the staff saw fit to just serve canned fruit. This is supposed to be a four star...

"This place has amazing view at the sea ans its located on the steep slopes. There is a beautiful garden with sunbeds, chairs etc. Where you can admire the view. They have also a good restaurant with same amazing view. Room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated and the staff was kind, helpful and flexible. Nice small place to use as a base for discovering elba."
