Was there with a large family group for a wedding and we used the lobby restaurants area for breakfast and gatherings etc. From towel requests to restaurant service to everything in between it was the most comfortable experience I’ve had especially with a toddler running around. All staff were great but front desk service was superb with food recommendations on a sheet made up for guests was helpful and cool etc. food was great at hotel lobby open fave meatloaf sandwhich with fried egg and gravy on top will sit you down! lol and on the 16th floor the breakfast was amazing as well.
