"Average hotel, thought it would be a bit better for the price we paid. But also looks like the place was going through a bit of renovations. The shelves/tables had some dust - though it looked clean on initial impression. "
"A lovely hotel. We had a room for three adults so one bedroom and one separate sofa bed room with a kitchen. The room was very spacious and modern. The sofa bed didn't lie flat and was on an angled slope, so not great for sleeping on unfortunately. We had trouble finding the parking on our sat nav, as the entrance was closed off due to maintenance works. So we were going around in circles for a while trying to find the alternative parking. It would have been good to have been informed of this beforehand ideally. The staff were very helpful and friendly in the hotel. We would stay again."
"Ideal to stay here when visiting Glasgow or days out by train. The room was very compact and had most things we needed. We would’ve like a kettle, but you can go up to the bar and have complimentary tea and coffee which we only found out about on the last day (we stayed for 6 nights).
There isn’t that much space to hang clothes if you’re staying for any length of time, but fine for a couple of nights.
We had the Scottish breakfast on the last morning, we prefer an English breakfast. The continental breakfast choice looked very good though. The staff in the breakfast bar were very helpful."
