Beautiful Gingerbread House, Lovingly managed, it’s quite simple accommodation but it’s clean and in a great location. We will return! Cool drinks available in the entrance, kind staff, relaxed and easy going feel. Perfect place to chill out. The view over the sea is great too. Lovely front terrace. Thank you for being so welcoming! We stayed here for two nights as a base to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Excellent location, close to the centre of Falmouth for restaurants and shops and walking distance to the passenger Ferry. We also managed a morning swim in the property's pool. Highly recommend this place.

We checked in late, but were welcomed from the beginning by the owner and straight away he told us to make our way to the private beach at the lake's edge, where there was a guy playing the acoustic guitar round a campfire, with a number of guests sitting relaxing or singing along. Although we were 3000 miles from home...it felt very welcoming and homely. Thank you - The Cherry family from Northern Ireland.

Staff and management were great and very helpful and friendly .
Our room was dated and the walls paper thin ,at one point we woke up thinking someone was walking in our room. You could not hold a private conversation in the room without the occupant next door hearing every word . The view out of the window was a metal roof from the property next door . Only plus points were close to ferry and bus stops and small bit of beach to sit on.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, we upgraded to a balcony room and the weather was lovely so ordered take out to eat on the balcony with a few drinks. Ellen was so lovely and made us feel right at home and so welcome, she told us about places to eat locally and things to do in the area. I had a wonderful stay (and best night’s sleep ever!) in this beautiful inn. The whole accommodation, from my stunning King Deluxe Balcony Room to the guest lounge and courtyard, was perfect, and all the staff friendly and helpful. A short walk from the bus station, it was a great base from which to enjoy the sights of Edgartown.
