Great property with kind staff, always ready to help!

Loved this hotel! Really friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Arrived late but wanted to take the train into the centre of Munich for a quick look around. Reception staff suggested parking on the roads outside the hotel as these were free. This was really helpful advice but we wanted to leave our ski stuff inside the car so decided to use the parking garage underneath the hotel instead. The train station is right next to the hotel. They were soooo accommodating and and attentive. The booking staff went above and beyond making my birthday extra special. I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival. There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again.

We had a long weekend in Munich and wanted to be convenient to the centre and Gasteig for a concert but not amongst night life. Location was great, only 50m from Lehel U-Bahn, itself only two stops from junction with S-Bahn 8, direct line from airport. Area is quiet and attractive but no more than 10/15 mins walk from central Munich - Marienplatz, shopping, restaurants, markets, museums and of course bier kellers, all of which we used. It is conveniently located, very close to Aidenbachstrasse U-Bahn. It is very nicely decorated, clean, staff is friendly. It is really very nice for a week's stay

Excellent location for access to the city centre and airport

A wonderful hotel ideally placed in the centre of Munich.

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.

What an absolutely great find. This hotel is fantastically placed to visit Munich. 5 minutes walk from the main rail station and 10 minutes walk to the old town area. All staff were so helpful and nothing was an inconvenience to them. If you’re planning a visit to Munch then I strongly recommend this great little hotel.

Stopped here because of its proximity to the Olympic park and a concert we were going to there; and it was an excellent choice. We went on to spend 2 weeks touring Austria, Switzerland and Italy; and this was easily the best hotel we stayed in. Pretty sure the band we went to see stopped here too :-) The room was modern, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of hot and cold items. Probably the best we had during our 2 weeks away. All the staff were really good...
