Great experience at Hotel Villa Carlotta. Quiet location with a lovely pool that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. My only note was it would have been nice to have been offered a drink while we were sat by the pool on our first morning but that's a minor minor detail. Loved it and would have loved to stay longer.

A fabulous few days staying at the Flom hotel in Florence. Staff were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We were in the Depandance which was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the Duomo! With easy walking distance of all that Florence has to offer. We would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great stay , the hotel decor with the superheroes is a bit quirky but great fun. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't be faulted. Everyone was very friendly, it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit and it was nice, warm and comfy to come back to afterwards. Plenty of nice places to eat locally too. Would definately stay there again.
