"Room & facilities are clean"

"We planned a weekend trip to Puerto Galera, leaving Manila on Thursday afternoon and stop in Batangas City. Alpa Hotel offered a good stay before taking the boat the next day morning to Puerto Galera. There is a restaurant, although the food was nothing special. I do recommend to try a Filipino cuisine dish. The hotel provides a shuttle to the pier."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Amazing staff! The pool was so refreshing! "

"People working there are top notch great pool area some of the things there are a little tired and need some TLC"

"Goods"

"Closed to shopping mall and public market.Public transportation was easy to get.Staffs were pleasant. "

"The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the facilities were very good, clean and fun environment for the entire family. The negative is that it is far from everywhere."

"Beautiful place, excellent service from all the Staffs. Good accommodation, great all round. Visit DIWATA NATURE RESORT you won't be disappointed ."

"My daughter and family enjoyed their overall stay."

"Staff was very attentive and assisted me with whatever i needed."

"I like the design of the cabins but the a/c cannot handle the heat of the weather. There are lots of flies in the dining area. We cannot really enjoy the food because of it. The food was not spectacular and not commensurate with the price. There is also not much to see with the price tag. All activities are additional costs. Staff are all nice but I have noticed that after they served the food they just went missing."

"Staff was great!"

"It was very calming and area is beautiful"
