"Perfect hotel in the centre of town and fabulous staff 👍"

"Excellent stay we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort given price. Excellent value for money. Fresh, clean and the bedding and matress were probably the best we have had on our 3 week road trip round Europe staying in approx 15 different hotels. Thoroughly recommend this budget option "

"Lovely hotel, situated very centrally but extremely quiet. All rooms individually designed and very comfortable."

"Very good service Nice place Very well located "

"Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and small. I also liked the breakfast. "

"Good 2 star hotel, doing good food in the evening until 10pm. "

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again! Breakfast was delicious!"

"Was a basic hotel but was very clean and comfortable. The lady in charged was very pleasant and helpful"

"Accueil correct, sans plus, chambre très moyenne, plus de 5 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude en faisant couler, vidange du lavabo très paresseuse, une seule prise de courant et placée en hauteur au-dessus de la télé. Pas cher mais pas terrible non plus. Seul point positif, la personne qui m'a servi le petit déjeuner, très sympathique !"

"Great location. Near shops, restaurants and historical sites. All walkable. Y Colin , front desk, was very helpful. Garage is on site but convoluted driving to reach the entry. Room is good size but bland. Good for 2 nights. "

"wonderful apartment in an ideal location for our Albi visit. "

"Extraordinary expansive property over looking the Tarn river. Beautiful vistas and landscaping from every window. Immaculate and modern, with gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely, warm and efficient employees...would very much like to come back when I visit the area."

"We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town."
