The location is fantastic—right in the historic center and within easy walking distance of Marienplatz, restaurants, shopping, and many of Munich’s major sights. It was also very convenient for getting around the city by public transportation. The hotel has so much charm and character, while still being comfortable and welcoming. "Good location for travelling around Munich"

"Hotel is surrounded by lots to eat. Also close to public transportation with a short ride to the city center. The zoo in Munich is also a highlight. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or just a 20-30 minute walk through the city and lots of parks. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Quiet area, AC worked great. Staff that I saw while they were cleaning and stocking were nice and helpful."

"Everything was perfect. Perfect location"

"My husband and i came during Oktoberfest so everything closer to the festival was super expensive. This hotrl was within walking distance to the train station that takes you directly into the festival within 10 minutes. If you’re not coming for Oktoberfest its still in a great spot and within walking distance to restaurants and site seeing. Great value and well maintained hotel. I highly recommend!"

"This hotel was wonderful for our Munich stay. Literally steps from the Munich Ost train station it couldn't have been more convenient when arriving by train and leaving to the airport by S8. Clean, quiet, modern with friendly staff. Neighborhood has many great restaurants within walking distance. And they will sell you a public transport day pass ticket at the front desk for the tram that stops at the front door."
