"First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too."

"Clean and quite spacious room. The pool on the rooftop was amazing!!! Staff was welcoming and always courteous. Moreover, the location of the hotel was the best, near restaurants, malls and street foods and also walkable (20 min) to Petronas Tower as well as KL Tower. I highly recommand this hotel!"

"Location is excellent, with lots of dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk. Added bonus is the nice pool with awesome view and convenience of a washer and dryer. As many had mentioned, elevator wait is a little long but it's tolerable. Overall, I will recommend AXON Bukit Bintang and will come back next time."

"The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again, "

"The location was perfect. Communication via WhatsApp is good, at least someone replied. The property has Security guard which is good.Just Our room's sofa was covered in urine stains and smelled. We contacted the owner and asked to clean or take the sofa out but it never happened for 9nights. The owner said I get a refund some money if I amend the date via hotels.com ( we reduced a night stay here) however it never be able to because we already checked in.
