"Despite the cleanliness of the property there was a dank and moldy smell in both the hallway and our room. Staff was very kind, friendly & accommodating. Amenities were not utilized due to weather on our end but the pools looked beautiful. "

"Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Rep less so. Could do with a spruce up and I questioned how room service worked with no phone in the room. Shower screen didn’t fit over bath so was hard to shower without flooding the bathroom. Very squeaky bathroom door. Good location though & nice bar area. Food ok but not much variety. For a Radisson in a country where you can’t drink the tap water I would have expected drinking water to be provided for free in the room. Fine overall but nothing special. "
