"The manager Marta was great. We flew in from US so reached early to the location. We got an early check in with no problem. While the guests cannot use the elevator, the luggage was transported by the elevator, which is very helpful. As the stairs are narrow. They do not serve breakfast, however you can place an order the day before and it is beautifully set up in the dining area. This is not a traditional hotel. I would call it a mix of living in your own apartment but with the amenities."
