"The place was empty which wasn't a good sign. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. There was no water, hot or cold, in the morning. And literally not one staff member present in the morning. It was creepy."

"The room was way too small for 3 people (three beds room)
Bathroom was in need of repair - shower enclosure faulty and black mould.
Beds were from the communist era with pointy springs digging into your back so you stay vigilant."
