"Very clean room great condition, lovely bathroom comfortable bed tea coffee provided very nice place to stay "

"Never received the check in details 24 hours before so couldn’t risk taking the family and I had to do a 5 hour round trip to go get them, we didn’t have any hot water for the first 24 hours. The mattress in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on and after the first night slept in the lounge, also there isn’t a table so they provide 4/5 small tables to eat off but 1 of these had 2 missing legs and another’s legs were about to fall off. This might be ok for a couple...

"Good hotel, very nice staff."

"Lovely old coaching inn type place with accommodation in a separate wing, possibly an old barn. Genuinely warm welcome, great size room and modern en suite bathroom. Plenty of parking, and beautifully fresh breakfast where you could taste the quality of local produce. Nice to see real fires blazing in the evening. Plenty to explore on the doorstep and around 40 minute walk along the coast to Morecambe."

"Such a lovely place with Kyle a v helpful host. Very good value for money."

"Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Although the decor could do with updating, for the price it was great value for money."

"Amazing hotel, perfect location & the facilities there are amazing. The Spa access being included in your stay was brilliant for us, just what we needed!"

"I like this kind of hotel. Every corner is rich with history. You can almost picture the great and the good going about their business here when Blackpool was an upcoming destination. That glory is now faded, mainly because Blackpool is a dump, but the hotel retains a certain elegance. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Will stay again."

"Room very clean the facilities were adequate for a couple of nights stay - needed a chair ( fold away one) would suffice- unable to get any channel on tv- found stairs difficult- found booking etc very difficult as not experienced in that field. Would stay again for a couple of nights if entry to room was earlier than 4 pm- view excellent- shops a fair walk especially if mobility an issue"

"We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the sea, the hotel may be showing its age in some areas but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff are first class, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Clean hotel, some rooms a little dated but a nice breakfast and very friendly staff."
