"On the positive side, great location, and views of the city (we were on the 21st floor). The room was small but well designed and perfect for our needs with all the stuff you need like a shower and WiFi and plenty of towels, and nothing you don’t (tv). Unfortunately the place was dirty when we got there and didn’t get any better through our three night stay - it wasn’t cleaned once, despite me mentioning it to staff on the first night (and being fobbed off).
