"This was one of the favorite places My family enjoyed. We loved the pandas everywhere, from the station to the hotel, and everywhere in the room. The giant panda was a favorite, it was fun for everyone to play on. The atmosphere was very pleasant and let the kids feel like they could play, which is a little difficult outside. "Very central to Akihabara without being in the chaos itself. 1.5 blocks to nearest train station made it easy to travel. Firm mattress and pillows didn't hurt my neck or back as hotels usually do. Staff always friendly and always had what I needed (iron, ice, on-time cleaning). Imo there was zero road noise as other reviewers mentioned. The only thing to complain are that the dining chairs could use more cushion, basically none left."
