We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Garni Golf. Our room was especially large and the bathroom was a good size with a window giving additional daylight. The A/C in the room was perfect for the heat wave. The owners have gone to the effort of providing some thoughtful extras in the room, such as a bag containing beach towels. This was completely unexpected despite us planning a visit to the local lido. The little courtyard was lovely to have breakfast in. The location is perfect; just a few steps...

A great place to stay being a short walk from the railway station located near the lake. Upper floor rooms especially floor 4 have very good lake views. Reception was very good and helped with lots of good advice to make my stay even better. Breakfast was very good with all the usual on offer. The dining area is spacious and there were always tables available regardless of arrival time. Room was large, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom with large walk-in shower was excellent....

I arrived later in evening by motorcycle and took me a bit of time to work out I needed to login on line in the car park, but once I worked this out, the online system to open the various doors worked very well. New experience not having anyone about to help but once I muddled through it ( I’m 60) it worked surprisingly well. Most impressed. Breakfast in morning was great and pullout drawings with glass tops to see food contents was a nice design touch.

The hotel is well situated, clean and in good condition. They were nice enough to put anti-allergic bedding in the room and some of the extras like free coffee was much appreciated. The only downside was the bed. Even though I specifically asked for a double bed, they gave us a room with two single beds put together and the gap moved apart while sleeping. Furthermore was the mattress quite uncomfortable.

The hotel is from the early 1900 and beautiful renovated and has a lot of charm. Their park with large indoor and outdoor pool (connected) is a strong plus. We enjoyed our stay in a deluxe room on the second floor. The room was functional in modern design with a comfortable bed. Our room had a looked connection door and therefore we had to be careful with the TV volume to not disturb our neighbors. Overall, very positive, we will be back.
