Positioned right at the entry to restaurant row Oxford Street, the theme is definitely in keeping with the mammoth impact and relevance of the Titanic to Southampton but without any cringey cheesyness that one might fear in a themed setting. Lovely staff are welcoming and helpful, room utterly delightful, and the breakfast was truly THE best we’ve had at any stay in the UK. Thank you for having us (at such short notice!)."

"Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kara, after I debarked from Royal Caribbean and walked from City cruise terminal. She let me leave my luggage and return to check in. There was no lift, but her husband was kind to bring my bag up to my room before I returned. Room was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Stayed two nights before getting on my next cruise. Will stay again! "
