"Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier! "

"Great room with wonderful views of the city from the 40th floor. Excellent water pressure & really nice Beekman 1802 toiletries. Staff were all very friendly. 10 min or less walk to the Amtrak station & even closer to all the downtown landmarks. "

"Great location for sightseeing. Easy to get to from Midway or OHare with the Monroe train stop right outside the door. 2 blocks to Millennium Park. Friendly and helpful customer service: thank you to Robyn who assisted us with an early check in. Building and rooms are older but clean and comfortable, plus an older building is part of the charm of staying downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance."
