"Had a great experience. The furniture and mattresses were super comfortable, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was walking distance including Central Park, Fifth Avenue shopping, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Bryant Park. Tons of restaurants, cafés, and subway access nearby. Overall an amazing stay and I would definitely come back again."

"Great spot in a less busy part of Upper West side but very accessible to key locations like Central Park."

"Great location, good value ."

"The people at the front desk were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, everything you would want or expect from a quality hotel. The room was spacious for a NYC hotel room, with 2 large screen TV's, a couch, mini-fridge, a king bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The location on 57th Street near Carnegie Hall was perfect for us. The view from the 24th floor was spectacular, with ceiling to floor window with an expansive view of Central Park. I highly recommend this hotel for...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Club Quin hotel for our first trip to New York. It was conveniently located close-by to many places such as shopping on 5th Ave, Central Park, or subway access, that it really took the stresses, of being in an unfamiliar city, away. Getting there via public transportation was easy from LGA. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering to get us private transportation and assisted us to our room. The room was clean and had motorized shades and blackout...

"You get quite a lot for your money. The location is excellent (and even super convenient comign in from JFK by subway). Breakfast is a standout: great value and best espresso coffee in the city. Only niggle is they don't give you a kettle and a teabag at US$4 feels pretty stingy given the roomrate. Rooms also need some maintenance on things like USB plugs and buttons for the (powered) blinds."

"A wonderful hotel in a prime location. Close to Metro and shopping. Walkable to Central Park. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, it had a nice city view. Would definitely go back."

"Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was nicely kept and convenient to Central Park and shopping."

"Great location, the food, restaurant"

"Peninsula NYC is one of the best hotels I have experienced in the city! The property is beautiful and perfectly situated for theater and shopping. The attention to detail was above and beyond with amenities in the room."

"Staff was welcoming, room was spacious and location was great. Negative side was the old building, sewer smell in the room, muddy water in the morning and poor air conditioning."

"Fabulous location, fun/helpful staff. Absolutely first rate for the price."

"Great hotel right in the heat of Broadway and Times Square.lovely restaurant on the second floor with a nice bar and the rooftop bar is excellent"

"This is indeed a JEWEL Close to everything.. fabulous staff, lovely lounge to relax or work in. My husbands wheelchair broke in Time Square and the staff could not have been more helpful. really good restaurants nearby and walk to Broadway. We did not use cars.. I walked and Ted wheeled that’s how central it is. It was fine even over memorial weekend and at night."

"Amazing hotel!! Service and location are perfect."
