Extraordinary experience! Service, staff, comfort, ambiance. Very stylish, understated luxury, very friendly staff, Italian restaurant amazing. Masseuse also very good! Spa small but very functional. Despite only Italian restaurant being open (due to cantonal restrictions) food experience was very positive (deserts and gelati - outstanding!) We will definitely be back once full operation is restored to try all restaurants and bars.

I was a bit worried before visiting Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvedere Davos because I saw some negative reviews in the past. But after spending a week in here (room 127 - checked in on 21st December 2022), I can confirm this is a true 5 stars hotel!! It is the 5th times I came to Davos skiing with my families and we stayed in another 5 stars hotel before. I have to say that Steigenberger Davos gave us the best Christmas experience. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent house keeping....

Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful.
