"Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious and decent breakfast. Great value, would definately stay here again. Location is perfect, bus stop across road and station around the corner about 5 mins away for sasy access to venice."

"Good location, close to the train, nice facilities, comfortable beds, simple but delicious and fresh food. The only downside was that only two beds were made, and one of them had torn sheets. Even so, I think this has been the best hostel stay I've had so far in Italy."

"The staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating. We stayed on new years eve and they allowed us to sleep in on Jan 1st after the new years celebration in Venice. The location is also very close to the train station and buses making it very convenient. "

"Not a great place. Bathroom was shared, toilet seat was missing a bolt on the seat, shower didnt drain, and overall mot very clean. Room was small, but cheap. Location not real good but it is close to trains and bus. Only stay here if you are in the room to sleep. I would probably not come back."

"Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. The bed sheets and towels was clean but the pillow in the closer had a dirty pillowcase. The kitchen was nice but had cockroaches in it. Anyway this is...

"Room as expected, and easy to get into Venice"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the ladies how checked us in to the bartenders. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the train to get to Venice & the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Our room was clean & spacious and although the train station was right outside our window, it didn't disturb our sleep. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Venice, Italy."

"Our room at Casa Villa Gardenia was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered in the morning was good with a variety of options. There is a coffee machine that is capable of making multiple types of good coffee variations. The parking lot for the hotel was also secure with a gate surrounding the entire hotel area. The hotel was a great stay and conveniently located next to the Durando bus stop (line 6) to make the trip to main island of Venezia."
