"Construction next door and our room faced city hall where all tour groups stopped to chat. But room was lovely although they didn’t fulfill any of our requests"

"Amazing hotel with a perfect location. The staff was amazing, the beds and bedding were super comfortable, the bathrooms had heater floors, the bar was cozy and had a great vibe and the location could not have been better!"

"Great hotel with great location "

"Great place to stay for a family. Spacious"

"Very new, very clean, very close to Cologne Cathedral and train station, many restaurants next to the hotel. Strongly recommended for visiting Cologne."

"Great breakfast Super location I'd go back anytime"

"Excellent hotel and excellent location!"

"A clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The continental breakfast was very good. From a UK perspective, this is more of a bed and breakfast place than a hotel. It is conveniently located near a tram stop and a short walk to the river bank. The centre of Cologne including the cathedral is within walking distance, as are the nearest train stations. Cologne airport is about 15 minutes away by train."

"Lovely stay again at this beautiful hotel. All the staff from reception to bar to cleaners are so friendly and helpful. The decor is very special and feels like top luxury without being stuffy. The roof top bar is such a great place for cocktails and champagne. Always look forward to coming back each year"

"We stayed in the Junior suite at this hotel and thought it was great. Lovely, big space. Nice shower. We used the gym and thought that was very good for a hotel gym. The breakfast was very nice with many good things you could order in addition to the buffet. We liked the location of the hotel- a little bit tucked away but still close to the city center. Would stay here again!"

"Good location. Building is dated and worn a bit."

"Great stay. Friendly staff. A bit tucked away from the city center about a 25 min walk to the cathedral. I enjoyed my stay. "

"Hotel in a great location to visit cologne. 10 mins walk from the train staition. Good size room and bed. Would defo stay again"

"Clean and good location."

"I only stayed for one night and the staff was super helpful and very friendly. I was not able to arrive on time for the check-in due to a delayed night train, and they helped me out to make sure I got access to my room. Very clean and good amenities like AC. Great location only 5 min walk from the train station. I recommend it!"

"Wonderful stay! Very clean, convenient, easy for travel with the family."

"Both location and the room really good. Nothing special but clean and good bed."
