"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."

"Just an amazing stay at this beautful and luxurious hotel in Århus! We loved the rooms, the pool and sauna-area, the very friendly staff and the wonderful ambience in the hotel. The breakfast was small but with tasty quality food, and the restaurant dinner was excellent! Will absolutely return!"

"No heater in the room. Spoke with the manager Jeanie in the morning about it and when I returned in the evening it was not working still. I called her about 19:30 and she said to call back in one your if it was still not working. To my surprise when I called back she never answer the Calls or SMS. I had to sleep wearing my clothes and 2 blanket just to get thru the nite. Worst experience I have had in a Hotel in my Travels thru the nórdics. "
