"We had an incredible stay here. The room was very nice as we stayed in a junior suite so the extra charge was definitely worth it. You’re on the 17th floor and you’re able to have a good view of the city. You also are one floor away from the rooftop restaurant and bar. The decor and aesthetics in the hotel are top-notch. Definitely picture worthy. Definitely walkable and it’s less than quarter mile from the hotel to the lake. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend."

"Level Chicago was perfect in every way. Location was good, staff was friendly, on site garage parking was convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities were great, big gym and the sauna was nice and hot! Didn't have time to use the pool or bbq grills but that space looked well maintained and inviting as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago."

"Great location close to the Magnificent Mile and only a couple blocks from The Hand and the Eye. Comfortable room and bed with the primary essentials. At check in they noticed my water bottle and even let me know there was a place I could refill it in the gym. Nice place to stay."
