Some construction work was happening on a building nextdoor (which a message from the Hotel prior to arrival warned us about) but only around mid-day and did not detract from the experience at all. Like many others mentioned, the breakfast buffet is awesome, lots of choices to choose from and they try to provide different variety daily. The location is very ideal, walking distance to 2 MRT stations, and located in the city center. The street facing unit which we had was a bit noisy at night but we got used to it as white noises. If you are a light sleeper, ensure you request non street facing and higher floor unit. ...

"This hotel is in a very nice area of Taipei. Being so close to the metro also makes accessing the rest of the city super easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and most importantly the AC was cold (very important in summer here)! If I had to point out a negative, it would be that the elevator is small and slow. But it wasn’t really an issue at all during our stay and we would gladly stay there again. Recommended for sure. "
