"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "Wonderful stay all around. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely do it again! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were super clean and modern, not to mention huge compared to other hotels. We were very happy to have air conditioning as it was quite warm during our stay.
