"This is our go-to place when we have a multi-night stay. We appreciate the extra space to relax, eat, and make food. It's a convenient location for food shopping, restaurants, and getting on the main highways. The breakfast has something for everyone. This time we had a couple of issues. The light over the table didn't work; turns out the bulb wasn't screwed in. The toilet seat shifted dramatically when you sat on it and got up; we repeatedly had to try to tighten the stripped seat bolts."

"Upon checking into the hotel, we were told that the booking we booked through hotel.com was a scam. Evidently American Suites does not exist and uses the same address and phone number as American Inn. There were no rooms available to stay at American Inn. I’m still waiting for my refund."
