"We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa—it was wonderful. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We visited with our mom and sisters, and everyone truly loved the experience. The on-site restaurant and bar were exceptional. I highly recommend having dinner there—the food was delicious and the atmosphere inviting. The bar was also a great place to relax. The lobby, while small, is cozy and welcoming, with a lovely sitting area and a fireplace that adds a warm and inviting touch. They also offer a fantastic coffee machine that serves coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and tea—such a nice perk! The location is superb. It’s just a 12-minute walk from the ferry terminal and only 8 minutes away from the iconic Empress Hotel. It was also conveniently close to our car rental pick-up spot, which made everything so easy. What truly made our stay memorable was the service, especially Amy at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Amy went above and beyond to ensure our visit was special. We can’t rave enough about her and the entire staff. Their customer service was excellent, and they made us feel so welcome. We loved everything about our stay and found the hotel to be very accommodating. I highly recommend the Magnolia Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Victoria!"

"I loved that it was near Inner Harbour and there were so many dining options right outside the hotel. The linens and bathroom were clean and much appreciated. There is coffee and tea in the lobby at all hours, which is nice. The staff was kind and wonderful. The only thing I will say is bring a pair of flip flops with you for the shower/tub, just in case. It looks outdated and a little funky that I didn’t feel comfortable showering barefoot. "
