The host waited up for us as our flight got in really late, however i kept him informed.
On entry to the apartment the first impression although sparsely furnished, the place was very clean with fresh bedding and towels. It would have been really lovely if the host had provided limited beverages, so we could make a hot drink on arrival and first thing in the morning. The garage that provided a cook breakfast in my opinion was adequate, nothing to get excited about.

I was staying for just 1 night before flying home. I was made to feel extremely welcome by the hosts and their charming granddaughter. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you'd need. I really liked the information board in the hallway so no questions went unanswered.
Coconut Court, is a small friendly hotel, by a beautiful beach. All the staff are friendly and helpful, everyone greets you when you see them with a friendly "hello". All of the rooms are a very good size, with facilities to make hot drinks and warm food, should you wish, also a fridge to keep things cold as well. Views of the sea from all rooms, and a lovely beach to swim and snorkel from safely, plenty of shade too, if you want it. Easy to get into Bridgetown, local buses stop right outside...
Coral Reef offers a uniquely beautiful garden setting with a sea and beach border. To glance in any direction in any of those settings, is to see beauty. The elegant and welcoming main building and scattered cottages and garden rooms sit comfortably and gloriously within the garden and beach areas. All ones needs are absorbed by the attention of a myriad of gentle, characterful and super efficient staff and underpinned by the ever present attention of the family owners. Paradise on earth.
Family of 5 really enjoyed our stay, although we were only bed and breakfast and to be honest, the hotel restaurant and those in the town were really expensive! A round of 5 soft drinks was £25 and our evening meal in the hotel was £200 + with mostly tap water ( 2 kids meals) There are some cheaper restaurants in the town ,Just Grillin, Surfside Bar but nowhere open for Sunday lunch! We went to Oistins fish fry which we all enjoyed. Relaxed beach and lots of watersports too. People do try...

The Crane is a resort above all. The staff are the best anywhere on the island. The rooms are spacious, clean, full of amenities and very comfortable. You won’t regret staying here. 17 years visiting and I’m coming back again!
My children and I had a lovely stay at Accra Beach Hotel and Spa. We enjoyed the beach and the poolside. We had welcome drinks on arrival and were able to use the facility after check-out, including the hospitality room for showers. It was great money for value! I have stayed at Accra Beach Hotel before and would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay for those who want to be close to the action but also want a true Barbados experience. Friendly staff, good food and great value. Yes there are a lot of steps and probably not a great hotel if you have mobility issues but other than that we can't fault it ..
Whilst many areas of the resort are due a refurb, this didn’t detract from our stay our room was large and comfortable with gorgeous sea views of the Atlantic. The grounds are really nice with excellent swimming pools. The food was also excellent, particularly L’Azure both for breakfast and evening meal; all the staff were also friendly and helpful. A great stay overall.
