The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"The hotel is located in a central, accessible neighborhood. It's close to the Gran Via. The hotel is unique in that the shower is located in the bedroom with clear glass panels. You can request a double room which offers more privacy."

"This hotel in right in the middle of the Gran Via, next to the Plaza del Calleo, so it is always crazy busy. Our room on the Calle Jacometrezo side, however was very quiet. It's a good base for getting around Madrid but it's a corporate hotel, so you won't get a lot of local feel. Although we generally like to stay in a neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay at Aloft Gran Via."

Excellent location just off Gran Via with lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr carrefour which is handy. The hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check in and storing luggage for us when checking out so we could continue enjoying Madrid. "Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and they had 1 of our 3 rooms available without any extra cost. That room was remodel and looked great, the other 2 rooms were not recently remodel but where big and in great condition. The Hotel was just a short walk from La Gran Vía and the Palacio Real. We easily walk central Madrid from it. Free water and coffee was available near the lobby. Front lobby staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. "
